I'm a self-taught portrait/figure artist who used to work in graphite. But, I'm finding I need a change of pace, so I'm switching to a combination of soft pastel and pastel pencil. I still have a
for graphite work, so I'll probably still do some every now and then, but for the most part, it's pastels for me from here on out.
